We can work on different levels, from the Bare Minimum to the Full Monty and variations of stages in between.

The Bare Minimum: I can visit your site and give you ideas as to what style of construction and house design will work best with your particular piece of paradise as well as your budget.

Stage 1: I can get you started by designing your dream house, then steer you in the right direction to get your project on track.

Stage 2: I can arrange for my contractors to get the basic structure up for you and then let you carry on yourself with your own trades people.

Stage 3: We can put up the structure and also provide the rough in of the plumbing, electrical and heating systems thru to the drywall stage and you can take over and do the finishing yourself.

The Full Monty: We can complete your project to a turn key-state, including interior design, furniture, landscaping and appliances if you wish.
